
We don’t often think about meeting God at work, but our faith life doesn’t stop from 9 to 5! As disciples of Christ we are called to be a part of transforming the world, and that certainly includes living our faith in the workplace. That can sound scary - or even impossible depending on where we work! But it doesn’t have to be about “pushing” our faith on other people. There are simple and effective ways for everyone to live their faith at work. Here are some ideas for Spiritual Values at Work, Spiritual Practices at Work, and Spiritual Environment at Work.

Followers of Christ, as part of the community of believers, are called to serve as a leaven and as a “kind of soul for human society,” so that it can be renewed in Christ and transformed into God's family (Gaudium et Spes, para.40). As disciples, we are each called to be a part of bringing about the Kingdom of God in our own way, and in our own spheres of influence. (Back to section)
